About FontKind
Looking for a font like one you saw usually ends in a list of opinions and a percentage nobody explains. FontKind measures the fonts instead, puts them next to each other in your own words and says what differs.
It covers 2035 free families made for the Latin alphabet: every one on Google Fonts, the open families Fontsource carries beyond it, the free ones on Fontshare, and open families that libre foundries and designers publish themselves, from Velvetyne’s site to their own repositories. Every font has a page with its facts and measurements, a list of the fonts closest to it, and a comparison tool for up to six fonts at once.
Rankings are never for sale. When a free font is close enough, it comes first. How we measure.
