Bubble fonts

Fat, round letters blown up like balloons: heavy strokes, soft ends and small, tight counters. Bubble letters are loud and playful, for posters, birthday cards, stickers, games and anything for children.

On licences and apps, for every font on this page.

Are these bubble fonts free for commercial use?
Yes. All 20 are free, and each one’s licence allows commercial use: client work, products, logos and advertising. Each font’s page names its licence and answers the rest.
How do I install one of these bubble fonts in Word?
Open the font’s page here and get it from its source: Google Fonts, Fontsource, Fontshare or its maker’s own page. On Windows, right-click the .ttf or .otf file and choose Install; on a Mac, double-click it and choose Install. Restart Word, and the font is in its menu. None of these is one of Microsoft 365’s cloud fonts, so a document set in one needs the font on every computer that opens it: send a PDF instead.
Can I use these bubble fonts in Canva?
Search Canva’s font menu first: it has many free fonts but publishes no list of them, so we can’t say which of these are there. If one is missing, a paid plan such as Canva Pro lets you upload the font file, OTF, TTF or WOFF, to your Brand Kit. Canva’s help
How do I use these bubble fonts with Cricut?
Install the font on your computer as for Word, then close and reopen Cricut Design Space: the font is under System fonts. For a script whose letters touch, select the text and Weld it, so it cuts as one piece. Or type your words in the font generator and download an SVG, its letters already welded. Fonts for Cricut →
