How to use your text

In Canva
Choose Transparent and download the PNG: it holds only the letters. In Canva, open Uploads, choose Upload files and pick the PNG, then drag it onto your design and size it like any image.
To type in the font itself, get it from its page here: Canva Pro and Teams can upload font files, the free plan takes images only.

In Cricut Design Space
Download the SVG: its letters come welded into one shape, so a joined script cuts in one piece and no letter cuts into the next. In Design Space choose Upload, then Upload Image, open the file and add it to your canvas. It comes in ready to cut, no wider than 11 inches: size it like any image.
The PNG works too, with a transparent background: upload it and save it as a cut image, and Design Space traces the letters.
To type in the font instead, install it on your computer from its page: Design Space lists the fonts on your computer as system fonts. More on installing, welding and cutting in Cricut fonts.

In Word, Google Docs or Slides
Add the PNG as a picture: Insert, then Pictures in Word; Insert, then Image in Google Docs and Slides. A transparent PNG sits on any page colour.
To type in the font, install it for Word from its page. Google Docs offers many Google Fonts under Fonts, then More fonts; each font’s page here says whether Docs has it.

Free for commercial use
Every font here is free for commercial use under an open licence: the SIL Open Font License, Apache 2.0 or the Ubuntu Font Licence. Put what you make on shirts, signs, stickers, posters and logos, and sell it: the licence covers the font, not what you set in it.
Fonts whose licence does not let a site like this one set them for your designs are left out. To share or change the font files themselves, read the licence on the font’s page.
Your words stay in your browser as you type: it sets them in the fonts you pick, from our own copies of them, and makes the PNG itself. A few fonts, and letters beyond Latin, come whole from Google Fonts, which sees the font, never your words. Only Download SVG sends your words to our own server, which draws their outlines to cut, sends them back and keeps nothing.
